Wellbeing & EQ event for HR Teams & Business Leaders

Building resilient workforces & a healthy company culture isn as difficult as you'd imagine yet most organisations struggle with this and millions of us are taking time off because we are not well-supported enough at work, struggling with stress-management and juggling our personal, psychological and emotional lives. This half-day event aims to address this with 4 workshops that look at resilience, stress-management, mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Tazeen Ahmad & Mel Hales bring their work to the very people in organisations who can make changes - those in charge and those who help the teams.

Panellist on Consent & the Media discussion, Clear Lines Festival

But it can sometimes lead to survivors feeling triggered during or after the experience, or their story being edited in a way that they’re not happy with.. How can survivors work together with journalists and broadcasters who cover these stories to ensure the published piece benefits survivors, the media, and the public?
